Speaker/Instructor Ready Room - Room 2 (Convention Center) 
Saturday, August 25 - Thursday, August 29
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Please arrive early the morning of your presentation(s) or anytime before (we will be setup on Saturday - Thursday) We will offer continental breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday in your room. Thursday, the keynote breakfast will be available to you in the Atrium Ballroom. We ask you to please use this room as a base to check in, get host packets, speaker gifts, certificates etc.

Call for Papers - Metrology in Motion

Welcome back, NCSLI past and future speakers as we invite you to define "Metrology in Motion," at the 2019 Annual Conference in Cleveland, Ohio. We are offering you an exceptional opportunity to attend, present, network and enhance your professional career at The Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland.
This state-of-the-art conference venue is one you don't want to miss. 

Manuscript deadline May 20, 2019
Speakers, thank you for attending and presenting in Cleveland. Your manuscripts are very important to the metrology community. Please share your papers and submit a manuscript by May 20, 2019 deadline an receive an additional $400 off your speaker registration.

Abstract deadline March 31 extended until May 1, 2019 
All submitters had until March 31, 2019 to submit their 150-350 word abstract. Once your abstract was uploaded you received an accept/no accept notice within 7 days. (If you did not receive an email from us please reach out to callforpapers@ncsli.org.) If your abstract was accepted and uploaded by the March 31, 2019/Extended date you will receive an additional $150 off your speaker registration.
