Accurate Measurements of Dynamic Force
Oct 21, 2020
10:00 - 11:00 AM (ET)
Many force measurements are dynamic in nature but the calibration methods used are commonly static, which can lead to large errors. This webinar will discuss when force measurements must be treated dynamically, and measures that can be taken to avoid having to do so. Methods that have been used to improve accuracy of dynamic measurements will be discussed, including dynamic calibration. The webinar will not cover uncertainty evaluation for dynamic measurements.
- When must a force measurement be treated as a dynamic measurement?
- How can the need for treating a force measurement as dynamic be avoided?
- How can accuracy of a dynamic force measurement be improved?
- What is required in order to use a dynamic calibration?
