The need for proper communications between testing and calibration laboratories is paramount for meeting the requirements of international standards. Services from calibration laboratories are often requested by testing laboratories. This talk presents the pitfalls that can result from poor communication and the successes from proper communications between the calibration and testing laboratories. Meeting the requirements of the international standards is presented from the perspective of a testing laboratory, calibration laboratory and accreditor. Come and participate in "Let's Talk" to enhance the communication.
