
Papers, Panels, & Workshops Suggested Topics
Paper, Panel, and Workshop content must relate to the Suggested Topics. Wherever appropriate, the papers should also relate to the conference theme. In all cases, they must be non-commercial and objective. Abstracts are required for all proposed Workshops, Panels, and Papers.

Requirements and General Information
Abstracts must be 350 words or less and be submitted electronically. Submitters must ensure that they receive confirmation of the receipt of abstract by NCSLI.
The 2009 Technical Program Chair will assemble a team to review all the abstracts and select those that are top rated for presentation at the Conference. Once abstracts are selected for the technical program, authors will be provided manuscript instructions. Deadlines must be met. Authors, who meet the manuscript deadline and review process, so that the paper is included in the Conference Proceedings CD, will receive one full registration at a fee of $250. All deadlines must be met.
Please include enough detail in your abstract so that the abstract review committee can determine the correct session to place your talk in. Please indicate the intended audience for your paper and how this talk will benefit conference attendees.
A "Best Paper" award will be presented in each of the four topic areas: Theoretical; Applied; Management/Quality; Invited. The overall best Conference paper will then be awarded to the paper with the highest point total.
All abstracts and manuscripts should be electronic and submitted to the Website at www.ncsli.org/conference/abstract/. Authors must ensure receipt of abstracts and manuscripts by NCSLI.
