2013 - 2014 Goals and Objectives
  • Creating and updating NCSLI products and services that become value-added member benefits and sales resources
  • Ensuring adequate staffing and prioritization to support NCSLI strategic objectives
  • assist the VP of Conference Management with staffing requirements for successful events in 2013 
  • Vice President of Marketing with strategies that affect or are influenced by NCSLI publications and membership categories.
  • Promote a campaign to enhance membership awareness through all touch points within NCSLI organization. With the goal to better maintain and grow membership through increased services and mindset.
  • Search and develop additional revenue streams for NCSLI through further development of our sponsorship programs, donations, advertising, publications, and merchandise sales.
