Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing before 5:00 p.m. (EST) on May 27, 2013, will be subject to a service charge of $50 per registration. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. (EST) on May 27, 2013. Registrations may be transferred from one party to another by written request received by June 28, 2013.
