Welcome to the NCSL International’s 2013 Who’s Who Volunteer Directory. This annual directory, first published in 2006, profiles over 150 accomplished people within the US and around the world representing metrology, testing and the measurement science community.

Within this publication, you will find mangers, educators, engineers, scientists, and many others; whose profound contributions are broken down into specific groups making it easy for you to identify your area of need, interest or expertise. NCSLI has adapted over the years to serve the needs of its members. Members have the opportunity to shape the future of NCSLI by electing officers, serving as leaders, participating on committees, regions and sections. Service in these capacities also contributes to networking and professional reputation.
