Bob graduated from the University of Wisconsin with Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering. He has worked for 6 different divisions at Hewlett Packard, then Agilent, and now Keysight Technologies. Since 2003 Bob has been active on NCSLI committees concerned with calibration standards, including the subgroup that wrote the Z540.3 Handbook. He is chair of the NCSLI 174 Standards Writing Group, and is active at ILAC standards meetings. He leads efforts to align Keysight’s calibration service deliverables with ISO 17025, ILAC-G8, ILAC-P14, and ANSI Z540.3. He is the presenter of 12 YouTube videos on various topics of calibration interest
Mark Kuster holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He consults with 29 years of metrology experience. He chairs the NCSLI Metrology Practices and MII-Automation Committees, and serves as Managing Editor for NCSLI Measure: The Journal of Measurement Science. He chaired the last revision of NCSLI RP-1, "Establishment and Adjustment of Calibration Intervals".

Responsible for maintaining our ISO 17025 Accreditation, all calibration services, and SureCAL product development/maintenance. Responsibilities include providing quality service to our internal customers (performing over 34,000 calibrations per year), managing our PT’s, and our interval analysis program.
Vincent Pugh is a Senior Accreditation Officer (AcO) at the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA). He joined A2LA in March of 2007. He is responsible for facilitating the processing of technical information from laboratories, following Standard Operating Procedures related to processing assessor reports, answering questions, and other duties as required by the AcO position.
Prior to employment at A2LA, he performed chemical research and development of chemical sensor systems for over 4 years in industry. He has additional experience in computer modeling of chemical systems.
Mr. Pugh has a B.S. from the College of William and Mary and a doctorate from the University of Virginia in chemistry.
